Boston: Arcadia PublishingI own a 1958 model with the long barrel myself and love itLast edited by Ed Fowler; 11-30-2014 at 10:55 PMDont need the serial number to see its the first typeSo I'm a bit confused on a production dateI had always assumed it was from the 1960s but decided to do a little research and am thinking it is probably a 57Would guess your SN is 14000 or above - 1958 or latergrips are of the early style and finishPost a pic if you can, we like pic'scivil1977 View Public Profile Find all posts by civil1977 Find all threads started by civil1977 Visit civil1977 photo album #3 01-06-2012, 09:04 PM Drew816 Member Join Date: Dec 2011 Posts: 51 Likes: 0 Liked 15 Times in 7 Posts Mine is UALxxxx and was manufactured July 1st of 1997, UAV would be right after this so I'm sure it's a '97
